Top Deck Application
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and natural growth before application.
Once the surface is fully prepared and completely dry, apply the RapidDeck Primer at 0.5kg per m² using a short piled roller.
Application for the waterproof is a wet on wet system, apply 1kg per m² of RapidRoof Waterproof and immediately lay 150gsm Reinforcement Matting into the wet coating and fully embed leaving no pinholes. Whilst wet, apply a further 1kg per m² of RapidRoof over the top of the matting and allow to fully cure.
Apply the RapidDeck Scratch Coat in 1 coat at a coverage rate of 4kg per m² using a trowel and immediately cast 4kg per m² of Quartz Aggregate and ensure full broadcast.
Mixing ratio – 40% Part A & 60% Part B.
Once all the loose aggregate has been removed, apply the RapidDeck Top Coat at a coverage rate of 0.8kg per m² using a short piled roller.
Middle Deck Application
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and natural growth before application.
Once the surface is fully prepared and completely dry, apply the RapidDeck Primer at 0.5kg per m² using a short piled roller.
The RapidDeck Scratch Coat will need to be applied in 1 coat at a coverage rate of 1.6kg per m² and immediately cast 4kg per m² of Quartz Aggregate and fully broadcast.
Mixing ratio – 50% Part A & 50% Part B.
Apply the RapidDeck TopCoat at a coverage rate of 0.8kg per m² using a short-pilled roller.
Ramp Application
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and natural growth before application.
Once the surface is fully prepared and completely dry, apply RapidDeck Primer at a coverage rate of 0.5kg per m² using a short piled roller and whilst this is still wet cast 0.5kg of Quartz Aggregate at an even coverage.
Apply the 1st Scratch Coat at a coverage rate of 2kg per m² and whilst wet cast 1.5kg per m² of Quartz Aggregate.
Mixing ratio – 33% Part A & 66% Part B.
The 2nd Scratch Coat is applied at a coverage rate of 2kg per m² and whilst wet cast 4kg per m² of Quartz Aggregate.
Mixing ratio – 33% Part A & 66% Part B.
Apply the RapidDeck TopCoat at a coverage rate of 0.8kg per m² using a short-pilled roller.
