Liquid Roofing Systems Ltd is a UK-based leader in high-performance cold liquid applied roofing solutions. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Regional Technical Manager to join our expert team and support our expanding network across the region.

About the Role

Are you commercially driven with a strong technical background in roofing or construction? Do you enjoy building relationships, supporting sales growth, and being hands-on in the field?

At Liquid Roofing Systems Ltd, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Regional Technical Manager — a commercially focused, technically strong professional who will support both sales and technical activities across the South East.

This is a unique opportunity helping grow our presence through distributor engagement and contractor support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver sales growth by identifying opportunities with existing and potential distributors, contractors, and key decision makers
  2. Develop strong commercial relationships with distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers
  3. Provide technical input during site visits, meetings, demos, and trade days
  4. Conduct training for approved installers at our training partner locations
  5. Represent the business at trade events and demo days
  6. Carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure installations meet system requirements
  7. Act as a liaison between the technical team to deliver best-in-class support to our customers and end users

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A strong blend of technical confidence and commercial awareness
  2. Ability to build long-term relationships and spot new opportunities
  3. Confident communicator with excellent customer-facing skills
  4. Self-motivated and well-organised, able to manage regional workload independently
  5. Full UK driving licence
